Lindsey Hanlon

Lindsey received her MA in English from Boston College, where she received awards for her research and writing. She has a thorough background in instruction, including three years as a college educator, five years as a one-on-one tutor, and one year as the coordinator of a writing center. She has spent fourteen years developing, editing, and formatting documents and training materials for the Syn Gas field, as well as developing training programs in that field.

Recently, Lindsey has expanded into writing procedures and policies for local nonprofits.

She has also served as a manuscript researcher and editor, a book reviewer, and a speechwriter and Communications Director for various political candidates and organizations.

Ted Hanlon

Ted earned his chemical engineering degree at the University of Wyoming.  He has many years of experience in the process industry.  He worked for an integrated oil company for nine years where his accomplishments included moving a research developed polymer manufacturing process from the laboratory to the field and supervising the operation of the first full field polymer flood Enhanced Oil Recovery installation. His assignments also included field production engineering and drilling engineering. 

Ted worked in Ammonia/Nitric Acid/Ammonium Nitrate for twelve years, including assignments as a process engineer, project engineer, and operations superintendent responsible for Nitric Acid and Ammonium Nitrate manufacturing. Ted’s passion for developing people and optimizing processes led to his consulting role. He has been in the field of personnel and process optimization for the last fourteen years.

Recently, Ted has been deeply involved in the improvement of an ammonia plant. His tasks in this plant have included process optimization, training material development, one-on-one operator qualification training, and procedure development and maintenance.
